Buddhist Refuge & Emotional Resiliency
with Amie Diller
In Buddhism we talk about “Taking Refuge”. In this 2-part class we’ll explore how to take refuge in this very life as it is, and how this can create greater emotional resiliency. We’ll explore how & where we take refuge through sitting together, teachings, poetry, conversation, writing and exercises that help us touch and deepen our understanding. Together we will make discoveries how our refuge & emotional resiliency can be available even in challenging times.
