This will be an evening of healing prayers, chants, and meditations. Chanting in harmony with Indian Tanpura and Tibetan singing Bowls with the intention to heal and spread joy and awakening of our hearts. There will be a group meditation sending out prayers for the healing of Sangha members, their loved ones, all other beings and mother earth.

Jay Nair has trained in Indian devotional music, performing from the age of ten. He teaches music, leads kirtans, and uses raga-based devotional music, stories and poetry from the Bhakti tradition for meditations. Jay is a dedicated Bhakti practitioner, composed many Sanskrit, Pali and Tibetan chants, Yoga Sutra, Bhagavad Gita, and Mahayana and Adwaita texts in traditional Indian ragas blending melody, devotion and rhythm with the intention to awaken joy, allow healing and inviting shamatha (pristine awareness).
