Our motivation in life is to be happy. So why does happiness seem so elusive? Before the Buddha was enlightened, he was just like us — looking for happiness. Luckily, he gave us a roadmap to follow, a path to true happiness through his teachings which we will explore during this 4 week series! Learn the real, practical things you can apply to your real life each day to achieve lasting happiness.
This course is taught from a Tibetan Buddhist perspective, but the tools can be useful for everyone and adapted to your tradition and goals!
