Jay Nair and Del Marie Samson Collaboration
Punctuate the night into calmness, to decompress and destress. Singing bowls are used by musicians, sound healers and yoga practitioners for therapy and meditation. Follow with OM chanting and kirtan and create heart vibrations. End with guided meditation allowing the vibrations to bask in thy inner self.
Experience a magical chakra healing and restoration and begin your weekend feeling light, energized and at peace. Don’t let this event blow your mind but let it heal your heart. Be a part of this; discover that you too have a voice.
Donation based. A suggested donation of $20 to share and help with the venue, no one will be turned away from lack of funds.
