Living our Greatest Potential: Progressive Meditations on Emptiness
with Amie Diller
Have you ever had a feeling that there is some inner potential calling to you? Wondering what it is? And how to realize it?
If the Buddha taught Truth, then we should be able to find that Truth in our own lives. With practice, we should be able to apply the principles of emptiness and karma to change our life, ease our suffering and experience that greatest potential we all long for-the potential to experience genuine happiness, wisdom and love.
Weaving in meditation, discussion and no-holds barred investigation of what it has to do with our lives, we will:
Gain a deeper understanding of Emptiness
Understand more about Karma and how it works
Enjoy guided meditations and take-home practices
Engage in lively Dharma discussion with like-minded community
Taste the truth of these teachings in our own lives
