New Years is a time where we consider what we want to give up and take up, such as going to the gym, eating better, saving money, etc. Many of us struggle with our resolutions, and have difficulty making and sustaining changes in our lives.
Join Diamond Light to explore your heart’s longing with a compassionate lens to create aspirations and goals for 2023. In this 4 class series, we will explore:
– Our deepest aspirations – what would make 2023 more wonderful?
– How we can compassionately approach the places where we get stuck and defeated in going after our aspirations.
– Specific actions to realize our hearts longings.
Each class will include meditations, visualizations, journaling, and sharing. Each class will build on the previous one so please try to attend the entire series. Bring something to journal with.
This event is offered for free. We welcome donations you can make without hardship ($10-$20 ). This will help us cover ongoing rent for our Center, fees to provide online services, and supporting our teachers. Thank you.
