Is #metoo more personal for you than a social media phenomenon? Is your heart longing for a safe, nonjudgmental space to release your experiences of #metoo? Are you looking for ways to support a dear one who identifies with #metoo?
In this session, we will create a safe, nonjudgmental, respectful space for processing our collective and individual experiences of #metoo. We will use compassionate practices to create a field that holds our vulnerable experiences with respect, empathy and kindness. Together we will create a circle of liberation, empowerment, strength and hope. This is suited for all genders, at all levels of healing and growth.
“Like all explorers, we are drawn to discover what’s out there without knowing yet if we have the courage to face it.”
