The Buddhist mandala is an archetypal symbol of wholeness and a wonderful invitation to live in alignment with our heart’s deepest longings. We’ll explore and practice with the 5 Buddha Families in their feminine forms, in connection with the 5 elements, and in relationship to the pscyho-spiritual nature of our original wholeness.

The teachings will be based on a new book by Rob Preece – The Mandala and Visions of Wholeness: Within Tibetan Buddhism and Jungian Psychology (Essence of Tantra Series).

Purchase the book here!

The weekend will include a New Year’s ritual as well as tips for continuing your individual practice.

Pre-registration required. Register here.

For the last 15 years Amie has been practicing & teaching internationally in the Tibetan Gelugpa Buddhist tradition. Being a certified nurse-midwife and mother have also brought great joy, along with fertile ground for practicing in the world with a wise and compassionate heart.
