The purpose of this session is to review ritual practices in Tibetan Buddhism. We will spend time to understand how to integrate them into your daily practice, and enrich the meditation experience. This will include the basics of setting up a home altar, water bowl offerings, and preliminary practices.

There is a parking lot off 4th Ave, behind the Sierra 2 Center; the room is on the second floor.
Suggested donation: $10-$30 to cover expenses, which include ongoing rent for our Center, fees to provide online services and supporting our teachers. No one turned away due to lack of funds.
