The Light within the Dark: Turning towards Wholeness
New Years Retreat with Lama Amie Diller
Friday 12/30/2022 – Sunday 1/1/2023
Pre-registration Required

In Tibetan Buddhism there is a deep appreciation for the messy, dark, even destructive sides of human experience. The wisdom of their myths and deities teach us that only through facing and embracing all of ourselves can we truly find our way back to wholeness, freedom and genuine well-being. Jung called this “working with our Shadow”. In this New Year’s retreat, even as the seasons turn from darkening to light, through meditation, journaling, and movement, we’ll explore:

What is the Shadow?
How do we turn to meet it?
Why might it be important in the context of our spiritual path?
What is the “Golden Shadow”?
3-Day Retreat, Please plan to attend all days, no partial retreat available
