In Bhakti Yoga we practice asanas of the heart and develop a heart that never breaks. Join Jay to explore the various types, stages and practices of Bhakti Yoga with songs, poetry and stories to awaken our hearts and minds to surrendering to love. No previous experience necessary. All are welcome to sing, dance, meditate or just listen and celebrate the heart opening practice of Bhakti Yoga.
*This event is offered on a “Dana” basis. Dana is the ancient Pali language word describing generosity arising effortlessly from deep gratitude. No registration fees are charged, and you can make offerings in support of the center, the teachers, and the teachings.
