Meditation helps us to calm the mind, develop concentration, and reduce stress. Many people struggle meditating because they try to sit and “think about nothing”. Luckily, there are many teachings and techniques for having successful meditations. Join long time meditator and Tibetan Buddhist practitioner David Drabble as he guides us through the basics of Tibetan Buddhist meditation. Each class will teach basic meditation, have time for discussions and meditation.
